1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Chairs may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Chairs may have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?

Basket Chair: Yes, require assembly (attaching legs, back, or base). Instructions included. Often requires two people.
Floor Lamp: Minimal assembly (attaching base, pole, shade).
Small Side Table: Yes, require assembly (attaching legs or hardware).

5. What types of basket chairs do you offer?
We offer rattan, wicker, and woven basket chairs. Weight capacity: 250-350 lbs. Materials: natural or synthetic rattan, metal frames. Upholstery (if any) meets California TB 117-2013 flammability.

6. What types of floor lamps do you offer?
We offer torchiere, arc, tripod, and reading lamps. All lamps comply with UL 153 (portable electric luminaires). Smart models comply with FCC Part 15 (FCC ID where applicable). Use only recommended bulbs.

7. What types of small side tables do you offer?
We offer round, square, and nesting side tables. Materials: wood, metal, glass, MDF. Weight capacity: 50-100 lbs (top surface).

8. What is the weight capacity?

Basket chair: 250-350 lbs.
Small side table: 50-100 lbs.
Floor lamp: N/A – ensure stable base.

9. How do I care for my basket chair?

Vacuum or dust regularly; spot clean with mild detergent.
Avoid direct sunlight (prevents fading).
Check hardware periodically; tighten if loose.

10. How do I care for my floor lamp?

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe with dry cloth.
Use only recommended bulb type and wattage.
Keep away from flammable materials.

11. How do I care for my side table?

Wood: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters.
Glass: Clean with glass cleaner and soft cloth.
Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
